Island Thyme is looking to partner with great Franchise Owners that are passionate about serving great food and providing excellent service. Driving business results and building relationships with our team members and guests is critical to our continued success. Our goal is to expand nationally and offer the wonderful flavors of the Caribbean across the country.
Island Thyme restaurants are designed with a simple cost effective layout that works with locations from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet. It only takes 3 to 4 team members to run a shift and provide great food and customer service. A team of 8 to 10 people would fully staff your location.
Freshly prepared ingredients make the difference! Our menu has been engineered to cross utilize ingredients and reduce excess waste and inventory. This gives us a menu with broad appeal while making it easy to manage. Meals are prepared to order and served fast at the peak of freshness.
At Island Thyme, diners are immediately greeted by the aroma of authentic Caribbean dishes. Choose one of the restaurant’s entrees such as Braised Oxtail, Coconut Shrimp, or Jerk Chicken, and then pair it with two sides of choice, like Yuca Fries, Rice and Peas, Fried Plantains or even a Johnny Cake.
